These handlebars put the hand grips and upper controls 2 closer to the rider than the stock handlebars, which will suit a rider with shorter arms and a rider who prefers the comfort and confidence provided by these handlebars. Scout Bobber & Scout Bobber Sixty models require an additional Clutch Cable & Brake Line Kit.
