This item is an OEM Indian Audio Speaker Kit. 

The speakers in this PowerBand Audio 6 1/2-in. Amplified Speaker Kit is installed in the saddlebag lids and produces impressively powerful sound. This innovative audio technology delivers industry-leading value, as it has the amplifier integrated into the speaker. Riders enjoy significantly upgraded audio performance without the cost, installation time, or space required for other audio systems with stand-alone saddlebag-mounted amplifiers. This kit includes an Audio Power Supply that is installed in the front fairing so it does not take up valuable saddlebag cargo space. These speakers are installed in color-matched PowerBand Audio Saddlebag Speaker Lids (required and sold separately). No drilling or cutting is required, and the speakers plug directly into the bike’s wiring harness.
