This is an OEM Yamaha item. 

Yamaha constructs their covers from Sur-Last fabric for optimum protection against the elements. It's non-abrasive, UV resistant, water repellent, and mold/rot resistant. A Vacu-Hold system that creates a vacuum inside the watercraft cover while trailering is made to help pull the cover down tight against the Waverunner to help reduce stress on the seams and improve aerodynamics. 

This item has never been installed on a unit. This is an open-box item. A sales inspection was completed and deemed this item in perfect condition. No faults were found.
