REFUND POLICY

  • PLEASE READ! VERY IMPORTANT!

    Masks and face coverings cannot be returned because of COVID 19.

    Products must be returned in NEW condition (the same condition they were sent to you)! The item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with manuals, accessories, and all tags that came with the original shipment to you, or the item will not be accepted. If you're buying clothing, make sure you try it on indoors and do not remove the tags just in case it does not fit. Returns are not allowed for undergarments. It is mandatory to include an outer box / bag when returning an item (this means that you must NOT take the factory box / bag that the item comes in and write on it or place a return tag on it as it will be refused).

    Items that have been worn more than once indoors and the tags have been removed are considered used and cannot be returned. Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffs, mounting, etc.) or are in a condition other than when they were received.

    All repair manuals should be returned in the original sealed plastic. You cannot return an item if the seal has been broken or the sealed plastic has been removed.

    We cannot accept any electronic item that has been removed from the manufacturer packaging, installed or for which the manufacturer seal has been broken (unless there has been shipping damage or it is defective, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt).

    If you are returning an item, you must include a copy of the original invoice and the return authorization number, along with your current contact information in case we have questions.

  • To Return your item within 14 days of purchase:
    Please make sure that an item fits prior to removing any tags, labels or stickers.  Please make sure that all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or altering the part in any way. 
    All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original manufacturer's packaging.  All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. 
    If the item is not in the condition above it cannot be returned.
    We will not accept returns on items that are not in new, unused condition.  We will not accept returns on items that do not have all tags, labels and stickers attached.  We will not accept parts for return that have been altered in any way.
    All returns will be charged a 20% restock fee / (For Exchanges this fee may be waived) 
    If returning for size exchange please indicate size with exchange return.

Upon receiving an item (s) which are not in the condition in which they were delivered to you (for example, if they are used, damaged, malfunctioning, installed, missing parts, not packaged, or missing instructions), we reserve the right to refuse the return. 

Do you have a defective item or a warranty issue?   

In order to resolve these issues, each manufacturer has a set of policies and procedures in place that must be followed. The specific policies and procedures of each manufacturer are subject to their discretion. A manufacturer's warranty does not cover defects that are caused by normal wear or by customer negligence. Please contact us about the issue and we will give you instructions on how to proceed according to the manufacturer's policy. We will assist if the product becomes defective after 30 days and is still under warranty by providing you with the information so you can file a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Have you received a damaged order? 

Let us know as soon as possible. Keep the shipping packaging / box, bag, etc... You will need to send us photos of the damaged packaging and its contents. Our customer service representatives will work with you to arrange a replacement.

All return / exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.

We will reject packages that are shipped COD to us. International customers: Please label all shipments as "Merchandise Returns" with a shipping carrier that doesn't charge brokerage fees. The customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage fees or customs duties.

  • To process a return you must first request a Return Authorization by our 👉 Return Request Form. When approved you will be given a Return Authorization # which must be noted on the outside of the box being returned. Failure to follow this process may result in the item being returned to you and no credit issued.
