This boot is waterproof right out of the box. Made for touring, this boot has a fully waterproof bootie liner with a full-height gusset. The slip-resistant rubber sole is sure to let any rider walk with confidence in the midst of slippery conditions. The opening of this boot is a full-length zipper with a thick patch of velcro to keep the boot secure on the rider's foot through the toughest conditions. The Noru boot is built for intense touring and clearly is equipped for the ride.
