This is an OEM Noru Riding Boot. 

This is a lightweight waterproof lace-up boot. The liner on the inside of the boot created a film that water could not penetrate. The outer part of the boots is made of leather while the inside is a comfortable suede. An adjustable ankle strap was added for increased security and an inner steel shank was equipped for the boot's stability. The Resu boot is a perfect low-rise boot to keep the water out and the rider comfortable.
