This is an OEM helmet from LS2. 

The LS2 Valiant II has a 180-degree flip of the full-face portion of the helmet. The lightweight, aerodynamic shell is made from LS2's proprietary Kinetic Polymer Alloy ( KPA). This material uses nanotechnology to blend microscopic aramid fibers into a high-end polymer making it stronger, lighter, and safer. The UV and scratch-resistant shield uses an optically correct class A polycarbonate that is fog-resistant. The helmet is designed to be changed fast and effortlessly. This helmet has passed the DOT FMVSS218 and ECE 22.05 certification.
