This is an OEM Indian item. 

This is a replacement front fender. This item will not have additional features from that of a stock item. This Fender is made of metal and has a high-quality, gloss-black paint finish. 

This item has been used, installed, or opened before a sales inspection. The sales inspection deemed this item as good. 3 faults were found, Minor surface scratches found through out paint job, a small chip of paint out of the back of the tail with a dime-sized dent, and a small scratch on the left side. See photos for details.
