This is an OEM item from Arctic Cat. 

This full winch kit is made by Warn. This winch comes with 50 feet of durable wire cable, custom-fitted wire harnesses, and connections. The powerful permanent magnet motor can pull with 3000 lbs of force. All-metal gear ends housing and mechanical brake. A convenient handlebar-mounted rocker switch is featured. The plow roller fairlead has a larger diameter bottom roller to reduce stress on the rope while plowing. The kit also is remote-ready for optional remote kit upgrades. Remote not included. 

This item has never been used, installed, or opened until a sales inspection was completed. The sales inspection deemed this item in near-perfect condition. Notice, On the winch component, there was a red handle piece. This piece is missing from the kit.
